Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. TORK reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for a lawful reason.
Payment
Payment methods available through Shopify Checkout may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, and other displayed methods. By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown for your order.
Shipping
TORK offers shipping to supported locations. Delivery timing varies by destination and selected shipping method. Orders are generally processed and shipped within one to two business days, subject to inventory, fraud review, carrier schedules, and other operational requirements.
Returns and refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Products must meet the condition, documentation, and packaging requirements stated in the Shipping & Returns Policy. Approved refunds remain subject to inspection and any applicable fees described in that policy.
Intellectual property
Website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, belongs to TORK or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or use protected content without prior written permission.
